Replaced Anthropic Claude with Ollama (llama3.2) for free local inference. Changed RAG query flow to search-first approach instead of tool calling, since small local models can't handle tool calls reliably. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The application has a new header that was added, let's go back to the old one. Make sure to keep the toggle theme but just make the header look like what it was before. Type Make sure to remove the Course Materials Assistant header No type Remove the subheader around Ask questions about courses, instructors, and content Remove the horizontal row below the subheader
